Delivery & Shipping

Wichita Furniture has the largest company owned delivery fleet in the area. We have a professional staff trained to go out of their way to deliver and set up your purchase with a scheduled delivery appointment. Most deliveries of in stock merchandise are completed and set up in your home within 1-4 days of your purchase.

We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY on mattress sets! *See stores for details.

A $99.99 delivery fee will deliver and set up your furniture in the Wichita area, whether it is one piece or a whole house full. Electronics may have additional charges associated. Please contact the sales office for these charges if applicable.

Out of town deliveries are the standard $99.99 plus $2.00 per loaded mile outside the city limits. Example: You live 50 miles outside the city limits, your delivery charge will be $99.99 + $100 = $199.99

If you're shipping address is outside the normal delivery area, a Wichita Furniture representative will contact you with other delivery options before the charge is applied to your credit card.

Wichita Furniture does deliver outside of Kansas, We will be happy to provide a quote for shipping outside of our normal delivery area. Just call us!

Small Parcel Direct Ship Products

Wichita Furniture has several small parcel products online that will ship directly to your home from the manufacturer. As your items have been picked up from the manufacturer by either UPS or Fed Ex, You will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery time.

 

What is your Satisfaction Policy?

"Furniture Satisfaction Policy" If you are not completely satisfied with your "NEW" Furniture purchase within 7 days from date of delivery or pick-up, you may re-select for a 100% exchange credit or you may return your merchandise for a 20% restocking fee of the entire sale amount. After 7 days, All Sales are Final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stock special order merchandise. No exceptions! All returns and/or cancellations will be subject to additional delivery/pickup fees.

What are your Warranties and Service Policies?

We Care - If you have a warranty issue or concern, please call our customer service department at: (316) 712-2211 Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm, or contact us by email at: service@wichitafurniture.com

    • All manufacturers' warranties will be fully covered according to the manufacturer's policies.
    • We warrant all "NEW" Furniture and "NEW" Electronics that we sell to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase. This excludes all items sold "AS IS", "CLOSEOUT", "USED" or "CLEARANCE".
    • During this period, we will at our option, repair or replace any item containing a manufacturing defect. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and the original delivery address, and to merchandise that has received normal use and proper care. We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise at your home and if possible, to make repairs there. Upholstery fabric or leather is not warranted, except to be in proper condition upon delivery.
  • Our in home warranty service applies to all merchandise originally delivered by Wichita Furniture, in the Wichita area only. Customer is responsible for all transportation costs for warranty work on merchandise that was delivered out of the Wichita area or picked up at Wichita Furniture or our distribution centers by customer.

Warranties are per the manufacturers specifications.

 

Return Policy Info:

Electronics Return Policy: All T.V. and electronics have a 7 day return policy. After 7 days, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL".

All "CLOSEOUT" / "AS IS" / "USED" and "CLEARANCE" furniture and electronics are sold "AS IS" with NO warranty whatsoever. All sales are Final. No refunds, Exchanges Returns or cancellations.

Direct Ship Return Policy: We take pride in ensuring that your products arrive in excellent condition. It is VERY important that you inspect the product upon arrival. If damages have occurred: First, notate any damage on the freight bill before the shipping agent leaves your home, then call our Service Department at (316) 712-2211 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST) or contact us by email at: service@wichitafurniture.com. In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed.

Direct Ship Satisfaction Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of Standard Shipped item(s) within 7 days of delivery.  Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) minus ALL shipping and handling charges. In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging. Please follow the return instructions below.

For small parcel deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 7-day return period, consult the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Clearance Items are sold “AS IS”. Final sale items cannot be returned, unless they were delivered damaged.

Exchanges/Refunds: The returned item(s) will be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Most refunds or credits are based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.

  • How can I get a refund or exchange for furniture purchases made in store?
    If you purchased in store, check the terms and conditions provided to you at time of purchase (they are located on back of your receipt) or you can see the return store policies at wichitafurniture.com/pages/services.
  • How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?
    After we receive the returned goods, it takes 7–10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for a refund to be credited back to your card.  For assistance, call us at 316-789-7500 Monday through Friday 10a.m. to 5 p.m. or our showroom at 316-682-2000, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST). 

How to Return an Item:

  1. Call our Service Department at (316) 712-2211 Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST) or email at: service@wichitafurniture.com
  2. Begin by letting us know the reason for the return, as well as, whether you would like to exchange or return the product.
  3. We will then email you a return label(s).
  4. Print this label off and securely tape it to the box you are returning with clear tape. (Please attach the label on top of the original shipping label)
  5. We will inspect the item(s) immediately upon receipt, and contact you within 48 hours.

 

What are your Special Order Policies?

Special Orders

  • Internet Special Order purchases must be paid in full for us to order from the manufacturer. Once the products are ordered from the manufacturer, the special ordered product(s) can not be altered.
  • No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stocked special order merchandise. No exceptions! Normal stocked special order merchandise is subject to the "Satisfaction Policy"
  • All quotes on manufacturer's ship times are estimated. We assume no responsibility for shipping delays from manufacturers.

If you aren't completely satisfied and comfortable on your new mattress, you have 12 or 18 months (depending on which plan you choose) to exchange it. No questions asked and no fees involved!*

The purchase of a mattress protector and two performance pillows is required for your 12 Month Love Your Mattress Guarantee. In order to exchange, the mattress must not be soiled, stained or ripped. Limit one Love Your Mattress Guarantee exchange per original purchaser. 

"18 - Month Love Your Mattress Guarantee"℠

The purchase of a Bedgear Dri-Tech 5.1 Mattress Pad and two advance-performance pillows is required for your 18 Month Love Your Mattress Guarantee. In order to exchange the mattress must not be soiled, stained or ripped. Limit one Love Your Mattress Guarantee exchange per original purchaser. 

Product Exchange Guarantee: 

Return your mattress and exchange it for one of equal or greater value that fits your comfort! (No refunds or store credit on lesser value selections). Select one of greater value and simply pay the difference. It's that simple! This offer is extended to the original purchaser only. Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body. You must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before a mattress exchange can take place. Exchanges are for same size mattress only and do not apply to pillows or protectors. Foundations and power bases not included in exchange.
